You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation, cruises, resorts, activities, and vacation packages to create customized recommendations that align with each client's needs. Throughout the planning process, you will coordinate important details, confirm reservations, maintain accurate records, and provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless client experience.
The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service. You will utilize company-provided tools, training, and digital resources to manage client requests efficiently while staying informed about new destinations, promotions, and hospitality offerings. Responsibilities
